You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that support front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations.

- Configure and enhance Calypso modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop custom workflows, interfaces, APIs, reports, scheduled tasks, and batch processes.
- Integrate Calypso with internal and external systems using Java, messaging frameworks, and web services.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions while ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, project managers, QA teams, and end users throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
- Optimize application performance and improve system reliability through code enhancements and best development practices.
