We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Community Manager to joinour QL Business Inner Circle team. In this role, you will be responsible for managingand engaging with Business Inner Circle (BIC) members in assigned cities, handlingtheir business-related queries, and guiding them on how our coaching programscan help scale their businesses and generating referrals to grow the BIC community. Your primary objective will be to interact with BIC members who are eligible for ourbusiness coaching program, understand their business needs, explain the coachingroadmap, and pass on qualified prospects to the sales team for closure. This role requires someone who is confident, business-minded, and comfortableworking with MSME business owners. We are looking for someone who can buildtrust with clients and support revenue growth through structured clientengagement.
