Job Title: Senior Manager/AVP – Operations Location: Recent Delhi Reporting To: Head Operations-AIFIndustry: SEBI Registered Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)Role Summary The Senior Manager/AVP – Operations will be responsible for overseeing AIF operations with primary ownership of documentation governance, regulatory filings, transaction documentation control for a SEBI-registered Category II AIF. The role requires strong regulatory understanding, precision in documentation management, and coordination across legal, compliance, investment, and fund administration teams. Key Responsibilities1. Transaction & Deal Documentation (Core Responsibility)Coordinate documentation for investment transactions including: Manage investor onboarding, KYC documentation, and AML processes. Coordinate with external legal counsel for transaction documentation and closing. Ensure documentation reflects agreed commercial terms (coupon, IRR, redemption premium, covenants, security cover, cash flow waterfall). Oversee CP (Conditions Precedent) and CS (Conditions Subsequent)
