Qualifications: • High school diploma / Technical diploma in a related field. • Valid company authorization or recognized training for overhead-crane operation, especially hot metal handling; training in basic rigging and signaling, emergency response, and LOTO is preferred. • Basic numeracy and the ability to read operating instructions, load information, production requirements, and safety procedures; basic English communication is required.
Experience : • Minimum 5 years of experience operating overhead cranes in a foundry, melting plant, steel melting plant, or similar heavy-manufacturing environment. • Hands-on experience in molten-metal ladle handling, furnace charging, and coordination with melting and casting teams is strongly preferred.
