Develop strategic methods to improve technical stability and efficiency of products/services
Lead and influence multiple teams and initiatives
Your Mission
Deep understanding of the entire system; able to jump into any component and troubleshoot
Make decisions on product direction based on strong subject matter expertise
Own large components and set product direction
Think strategically and tactically aligned with technical and business goals
Define long-term roadmap across multiple product versions
Support initiatives beyond primary responsibility
Provide technical leadership to teams (3–4 individuals)
Build strong cross-functional relationships
Drive decisions considering multiple viewpoints
Mentor engineers with high-level guidance
Improve overall technical capability of the organization
