Role Description The Youth Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Hamirpur, responsible for coordinating and guiding youth-focused initiatives connected to Rithwik Projects’ operations and community engagement. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing youth programs,



facilitating workshops and activities, and supporting young participants in developing skills relevant to infrastructure, sustainability, and community development. The role involves working closely with local stakeholders, schools, and community organizations to identify youth needs and opportunities, as well as maintaining program documentation and reporting outcomes to management. The Youth Lead will also mentor youth participants, promote safe and inclusive environments, and collaborate with project teams to align youth activities with broader organizational goals.
