WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Build, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex,
Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools such as Flow and
Process Builder.
* Develop and sustain integrations through Salesforce Web Services APIs, such
as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
* Own the full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution build,
coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
* Apply and champion Salesforce guidelines, architectural patterns, and coding




standards across the team.
* Manage development workflows using version control (branching, merging, pull
requests) and DevOps tooling such as Salesforce CLI, Copado, or AutoRABIT.
* Write comprehensive test coverage to ensure quality, reliability, and
successful deployments.
* Collaborate closely with business partners, project teams, and QA to
translate requirements into well-designed solutions.
* Evaluate third-party vendor tools and integration strategies to support
platform growth.
* Develop accurate effort estimates and contribute to project planning and
prioritization.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field, or
equivalent experience in practice. (Required)
* 5+ years of skilled IT solutions development experience in a
medium-to-large corporate workplace. (Required)
