About your role:

As a Software Development Engineering - Lead, you will help lead a team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.
What you'll do:
Proficient in CL, RPG/RPG IV/RPG Free Format and RPGLE programming
Strong Analytical and Programmatically skills.
Knowledgeable in SQL hands-on and RDBMS concepts
Solid in AS/400 Concepts (DBU, WRKQRY, Sub files, JOBs, JDs and related tasks)
Strong in Analysis skill - Analyzing existing program and documenting the analysis.
Should be able to understand the application modules, interfaces, jobs and downstream systems.
Should be able to review the project requirements understand the Business purpose and build appropriate modules that keeps the application intact.
Should be able to support the existing application and make bug fixes.
Should be able to review the code of team members and perform end to end testing.
Should be able to handle client call and project the teams work efficiently Client handling experience is required for this role.
De-bugging and troubleshooting in QA testing, UAT and Prod support.
Experience you'll need to have:
3-7 years of overall experience including 3 years plus experience in Banking or F
