Senior - Lease Administrator with Lease Management / Legal Expertise, GDS ES Finance

EY GDS is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Lease Administrator with a strong legal background (preferred) or extensive knowledge of Real Estate lease agreements management on Tririga to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in administering leases and subleases, managing rent payments, and providing essential support to internal stakeholders. This position requires the ability to coordinate complex tasks, and a meticulous approach to documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage EY's lease and sublease portfolio, ensuring comprehensive oversight of office locations.




Abstract leases and subleases with a focus on legal accuracy, capturing key terms and conditions in a transparent and concise manner.
Oversee rent payments and sublease invoicing, ensuring timely transactions and meticulous financial tracking and reporting.
Maintain and enhance the real estate database (IWMS Tririga), guaranteeing data integrity and accuracy for all property-related information.
Manage standardized lease abstraction processes, including quality reviews and checks of templates from external vendors.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure consistent adherence to standardized processes and maintain high-quality deliverables.
Assist in handling reporting on lease abstraction, track progress, and address any ageing or quality issues.
Assist in providing updates and reports on abstraction templates and processes to Area and Regional Real Estate Leaders.
