Location: Mumbai About the role: We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect with 7-10 years of expertise in architectural design and project delivery. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed architectural documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Experience in Data Centre projects is preferred but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed construction documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and client requirements. Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and technical discussions. Review consultant, contractor,



and vendor submissions. Support projects through design, construction, and commissioning phases. Manage multiple assignments while meeting quality, budget, and schedule targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.7-10 years of experience in Architectural Design. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Sketch-up, Revit, and BIM platforms. Robust understanding of building systems, architectural detailing, preparation of BOQ, developing specifications and construction methodologies. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
