Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / US GAAP as applicable)Manage statutory audits, tax audits,



and regulatory filings Controllership & Governance Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance frameworks Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Identify and mitigate financial risks Business Finance & Decision Support Partner with business leaders on financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Provide insights on revenue, margins, cost optimization, and profitability Support pricing, deal structuring, and commercial decisions Revenue & Cost Management Oversee revenue recognition (especially for T&M;, Fixed Price, Managed Services models)Track project profitability, utilization, and cost structures Drive margin improvement initiatives Cash Flow & Working Capital Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital cycles Ensure effective billing and collections processes Team Leadership Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams Drive process improvements and automation initiatives Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of IT services financial models (T&M;, Fixed Price, Managed Services)Expertise in financial reporting, controllership, and compliance Experience in business partnering a
