The ideal candidate should be skilled in visual storytelling and capable of transforming ideas into compelling concept art, storyboards, illustrations, and production-ready visuals. You should be comfortable working with both traditional (paper) and digital mediums. Key Responsibilities* Develop original concepts for characters, environments, props, and visual assets.* Create detailed concept sketches and production-ready illustrations.* Design and present visual ideas based on creative briefs.* Develop storyboards and key frames for animations, films, advertisements, and digital content.* Visualize scenes, camera angles, compositions,



and storytelling sequences.* Produce hand-drawn sketches as well as polished digital artwork.* Collaborate with production team to bring concepts to life.* Revise artwork based on feedback while maintaining quality and deadlines.* Research visual references and trends to create fresh and engaging designs. Required Skills* Minimum 1 year of professional experience as a Concept Artist or Illustrator.* Solid drawing, sketching, and illustration skills.* Excellent understanding of composition, perspective, anatomy, lighting, and color theory.* Experience in creating storyboards and cinematic key frames.* Ability to visualize and communicate ideas quickly through sketches.* Proficiency in digital illustration tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.* Ability to create artwork using both traditional and digital techniques.* Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling ability.* Good communication and teamwork skills.
