Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are fluent in English and Punjabi and are interested in building a career in language interpretation and customer support. This is an excellent opportunity to work with U. S.-based clients in a professional and multicultural environment.
As a Language Interpreter, you will facilitate communication between English-speaking representatives and Punjabi-speaking customers through real-time interpretation. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you understand interpretation techniques, client processes, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions.
Facilitate effective communication between U. S.-based clients and Punjabi-speaking customers.
Accurately interpret conversations without adding, omitting,



or altering information.
Maintain confidentiality while handling customer information and sensitive conversations.
Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines.
Participate in training sessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance.
Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology, and cultural nuances.
Work collaboratively with Team Leads and Quality teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Punjabi.
Strong listening, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
Good memory retention and the ability to understand and relay information accurately.
