Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)
Responsible For Day-to-day Activity In CDC Transport Desk
Day to Day transporter bill passing.
Generation of token for other charges. (Unloading charges, Detention charges Etc.…)
Co-ordination with outbound and depot team for any discrepancy against LR
Co-ordination with finance team regarding transporter bills
Co-ordination with transporter for timely submission of bills
Co-ordination with seniors for necessary approvals of tokens.
Preparation of provision on monthly basis.
Maintain MIS report of primary transportation cost on monthly basis
Special Projects Execution
Value Added Services (VAS):
Coordinate between Senior and Sub-ordinates for timely submission and timely payment of service providers.
Any other assignments and responsibility trusted by Management from time to time
Job Experience & Requirements
Education
University Graduate in any Faculty
Experience Requirements
2-3 years working experience in SCM.
Strong communication skills
Positive in planning and execution
Mobility/Travel
