- Responsible for ensuring and maintaining a high level of support for team leads in all departmental activities.
- Ensures active participation in the daily business of their functional responsibilities.

- Will be a key part of the IT-SAP Team.
- Responsible for implementing and providing adequate support for SD modules to SAP users across North and South America.
- Will suggest and implement improvements for SD/EDI processes.
- Will work with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA.

Major Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support in global workplace, analyzing business requirements, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis of application problems and estimate effort needed for feasible solutions.
- Create a positive work environment by demonstrating sharing functional/technical knowledge.
- Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data setup, EDI processes,



supporting creation of query reports/programs, barcode solutions, commercial forms and enhancements.
- Effectively uses teamwork to positively contribute to a high morale/high-performance team, culture, consulting attitude and strong personal integrity.
- Assist in system-related issues of manufacturing information processes/procedures.
- Time tracking and documentation according to Magna Global IT standards.

Knowledge and Education
- Math, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical related Bachelor s Degree required.
- Must have knowledge of SD module in SAP and have a good understanding of manufacturing business processes. Nice to have interface knowledge between modules such as SD interaction with FI/CO and interfaces between MM, WM and PP modules.
- Must be able to communicate in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus.
