Duties and responsibilities
- Business Strategy & P&L; Management: Develop and execute strategies to achieve profitability, optimize revenue streams, and manage costs effectively.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets, and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and oversee the management of key accounts.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics to stay ahead in the market.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports,



including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and market insights, to senior management.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to sales team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
- Sales & Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, expand distribution channels, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Procurement & Supply Chain: Oversee sourcing strategies, maintain quality standards, and ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
