This role will be primarily responsible for developing current businessopportunities, securing design wins, and supporting sales and business development strategies. Duties includeunderstanding and communication of market trends, demand forecasting, effective management of business capturetargeting, proposal generation, contract negotiation, and closure to contract award. Acquire, establish, and developrelationships with prospective customers, on a specific geographic area, focusing on various product lines of Industrial Valves. Drive business development actions and work closely with business partners in assigned markets to expand thecustomer base and achieve business growth with defined margins. This position will report to Head Sales,



Industrial Valvesin India and focus on growing our industrial valves business primarily for India region, and also in Middle East and Southeast Asia. Principal Activities• Understand CIRCOR’ s products and develop product/marketing strategies to fuel CIRCOR’ s growth in the Indianmarket.• Work closely with Global Leaders and Business Unit Sales and Application Engineering teams on the growth strategiesand action plans (including brand and pricing strategies).• Build market intelligence for CIRCOR’ s products in India.• Develop and implement robust processes to effectively manage the business development function, ensuring theycontinuously evolve to meet changing business needs. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovationand efficiency within the team.• Stay close to customers and build strong relationships. Understand customer needs and provide solutions andservices to meet their needs.•
