Qualifications
1. Education:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
2. Experience:
• 15–20 years of experience in fiber network engineering or telecommunications.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects or teams.
3. Skills:
• Solid knowledge of fiber optic technologies, including design principles, splicing techniques, testing methodologies, and industry standards.
• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Technical Proficiency:
• Familiarity with network design software and tools (e.g., GIS systems).
