· A proven technical lead who will take ownership of technical design development and implementation of our Salesforce com platform
· Experience in system analysis solution designing and application data architecture for enterprise systems
· Implementing Sales force com technology-based applications
· Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Sales CPQ Service Service Max Experience cloud
· Sales force com Technical Lead experience
· Good knowledge and experience with AppExchange products and understanding of when to use them
· Experience of working on global Sales force com rollouts
· Experience architecting and implementing Sales force com business onboarding projects and data migrations
· Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce com configuration and custom development Apex and Visual Force and Lightning
· Advanced experience with enterprise integration tools and extract transformation and load ETL tools




· Should have participated in and be familiar with Agile Scrum project methodologies
· Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with team members
· Good understanding of Change Management and Release management processes
· Ability to mentor and develop junior members of the team
· A true collaborator able to share ideas and develop shared goals
· Productive with moderate supervision
· Dynamic and adaptable in their approach to work
· Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide real-time support to our Salesforce CRM users and integrated application
· Manage declarative features like profiles roles permission sets sharing rule flows and security controls etc within Salesforce
· Interface with business stakeholders to gather enhancements feature request requirements
· Work and manage monthly system feature fix releases and validations carried out during off hours for larger complex projects occ
