Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Occupational Therapist role based in Bengaluru. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional needs, and develop individualized therapy plans to support daily living skills, academic participation, and social engagement.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing outcomes. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, including pediatricians, psychologists, educators, and families, to ensure integrated care. The Occupational Therapist will also contribute to parent education, caregiver training, and program development aligned with FyndHealth’s holistic pediatric care model. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring.
