Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate civil works for recent and existing retail stores.
- Coordinate with cross-functional business teams to ensure project execution.
- Work with vendors for store setup, maintenance, and civil work execution.
- Review vendor estimates and evaluate project costs.
- Read and understand store layout drawings.
- Verify vendor work orders against approved layout drawings.
- Coordinate procurement and installation of store assets.
- Ensure quality execution of civil works and asset installations.
- Track project timelines and ensure stores are handed over to the business team on schedule.
