- Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of hardware components, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
- Ensure standardization of Hardware as per policy (laptops, monitors, servers, desktop, equipment)
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users. Respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, including malfunctions and performance problems
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and support activities.
- Prepare and update technical documentation, user guides, and support materials.
- Follow security policies and procedures to protect company data and systems.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Assist with IT projects, including deployments, upgrades, and migrations.

Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology

Experience (In Years) : 2 - 5 Yrs
