Key Account Manager (KAM) – Amazon US & Walmart Marketplace
Location: Kolkata (Work from Office)
Experience: 3–8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end operations of Amazon US and Walmart Marketplace .
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including SEO titles, bullet points, A+ Content, Brand Store, images, and videos.
- Plan and execute new product launches while ensuring marketplace compliance.
- Manage Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and Walmart Connect advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS and sales.
- Monitor and optimize key marketplace metrics, including ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate, Buy Box, Organic Ranking, Sessions, and Sales.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, pricing strategy, and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan inventory, coordinate FBA and WFS replenishments, and ensure healthy stock levels while minimizing storage costs.
- Coordinate export documentation, freight forwarding, customs compliance,



and international logistics for US shipments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business reports covering sales, profitability, advertising performance, inventory, and category trends.
- Work closely with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams to drive marketplace growth.
- Own the complete P&L; of the assigned marketplaces and deliver revenue and profitability targets.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central (US) and Walmart Seller Center .
- Robust knowledge of Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect, FBA, WFS, and international marketplace operations.
- Experience with marketplace analytics tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics, Keepa, and Sellerboard .
- Good understanding of export processes, international shipping, and customs documentation.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
