Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core HR processes and policies.
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS), goal setting, reviews, calibration, and capability-building initiatives.
- Design and implement competency frameworks, career progression, and talent development programs.
- Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
- Own HR policies, SOPs, process documentation, and governance.
- Monitor HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Drive HR automation and digital initiatives in collaboration with HRIS and IT teams.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements,
and internal governance standards.
- Benchmark HR best practices and recommend process improvements.
- Lead and mentor junior HR team members while collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in HR, with exposure to HR Centre of Excellence or specialist HR functions.
- Develop and execute employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering organizations will be an advantage.
