Job Purpose:

Provide advisory services, arrange capital, and place debt and equity securities to investors.

Offer long-term and project financing.

Maintain relationships with Wholesale Banking clients to achieve the bank’s objective of Brand leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Engage clients and secure M&A;, corporate restructuring, and capital raising business.

Track record in raising private financing from PE funds, Special Situation Funds, Distress Funds.

Originate Capital Market deals (IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Open offers, delistings).

Ensure complete execution of M&A;, corporate restructuring, and private capital raising mandates,



including client management and deal documentation.

Assist capital markets team in pitching for IPO business and provide industry/company analytical support.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders:

Work closely with capital markets and syndication teams to generate new mandates and assist in execution.

Liaise with SEBI.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Any

MBA/CA from a premiere institute

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of SEBI regulations related to capital markets, M&A;, open offer, delisting.

Established track record in executing debt and equity deals across diverse clients.

High ideation capabilities and proven ability to successfully execute them.

Very strong relationship skills.

Positive team player.

Maintain and enforce high levels of compliance standards.

Strong influencing abilities and mentoring of team members.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5+ years of experience.
