About Role: We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to own and grow strategic enterprise customer relationships. You will help customers maximize the value of the Kyvos platform while driving renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term customer success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with enterprise customers, solving business challenges proactively, and contributing directly to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle. Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Drive customer onboarding of use cases, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and strategic account planning.



Own customer renewals and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Monitor customer health, mitigate risks, and improve retention. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services teams. Champion customer feedback and advocate for customer success internally. What We're Looking For: 6–10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Enterprise Saa S. Experience managing enterprise customers and commercial discussions around renewals and growth. Robust understanding of Data Analytics, AI, Cloud Data Platforms, or BI technologies. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer goals into business outcomes.
