Project documentation and administration • Maintain contract documents including drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, transmittals,change orders, and meeting minutes.• Assist with filing and document control; update project logs such as submittal logs, RFI logs, PCOlogs, and punch lists.• Prepare basic project reports and meeting preparation materials, including agendas andmeeting minutes.• Help track work against the project schedule by noting completed activities, delays, andconstraints.• Learn to read and understand contract documents, including drawings, specifications, andsubmittals.• Attend coordination meetings with trades, consultants, and client representatives to observeand support project communication.• Draft easy emails and memos for
