This role involves working directly withclients to implement, onboard, and provide ongoing support for our cybersecurity technicalproducts. Key Responsibilities Guide customers through the implementation process of Strobes CTEM platform Conduct technical onboarding sessions for new clients Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance Educate customers on platform features and best practices Manage customer relationships and ensure the successful adoption of our solutions Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Requirements Experience: 2-4 year of professional experience Skills & Competencies:
