KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES1. Study design briefs, research, ideate and conceptualise visuals based on requirements.2. Create illustrations, logos , typefaces, banners, thumbnails, and other designs.3. Edit multiple thumbnails and create various size adaptations.4. Create title logos with English typefaces.5. Utilize AI-driven design tools to support logo creation , creative enhancements, and image retouching while maintaining brand and quality standards.6. Perform high-quality retouching and visual refinements on images, posters, and creative assets in line with project7. Ensure timely and accurate updates in internal project-tracking systems, including task status, asset links, and progress documentation.8. Liaise with global teams and stakeholders to support the artwork.9. Strong sense of colour palette and layouts that match the brand image and expectations.10. Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design.11. Amend designs after feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand guidelines.12.
Demonstrating strong file management and housekeeping skills to maintain an organized and productive filing system.13. Comprehensive understanding of Over The Top platform trends and the capability to create competitive designs that captivate and engage users effectively.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES1. Bachelors in design / communications or related field with 2-3 years of experience in the role.2. Prior experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft office and other graphic design software.3. Strong portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects.4. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web.5. Demonstrated prior experience in utilizing AI-based tools for design and creative workflows.6.
