We are seeking a dedicated International Chat Process Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in chat support, and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international clientele.
Responsibilities
- Engage with international customers through chat support to address queries and provide solutions
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues
- Identify trends in customer inquiries to help improve service and product offerings





Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using chat support software and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with international customer service standards
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and data entry
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required
