Responsibilities:
Project Ownership:
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical project delivery in healthcare domain projects.
- Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and technical teams, to define project objectives and requirements.

Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance on technical architecture, design decisions, and best practices for cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to optimize project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare projects.

Agile Delivery:
- Drive Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps,



and architects to deliver high-quality releases.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain explicit and continuous communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide regular status updates, highlight risks, issues, and escalations, and recommend solutions.
- Align project goals with organizational strategy and healthcare compliance requirements.

Process Improvement & Quality:
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, team productivity, and product quality.
- Promote best practices in project management, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based solution delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, decisions, and project artifacts.
