- 4-8 years of billing and quantity surveying experience.
- Experience in Data Center, Commercial, or Industrial projects preferred.
Job Summary:
Responsible for client and subcontractor billing, quantity verification, RA bill preparation, variation management, and commercial support for Data Center construction projects while ensuring compliance with contractual and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit Client RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Measure and verify quantities for Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works.
- Verify subcontractor bills and process
