We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Promoter who will be responsible for promoting our cosmetics products and driving sales in retail stores across India.
Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate cosmetics products in retail stores
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty
- Maintain product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry trends
- Ensure proper merchandising and stock levels in retail stores
- Collect and report customer feedback and market insights to the management team

Skills and Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in sales promotion or retail sales, preferably in cosmetics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedule and travel as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
