We are looking for a Backend Operations - Non Voice to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling backend operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the operations. This is a non-voice role that requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handling backend operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the operations
- Managing large amounts of data and ensuring data accuracy
- Generating reports and providing insights to the team
- Working closely with other teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions

Skills and Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in backend operations or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Experience in data entry and management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles would be an added advantage
