Key Responsibilities:

- Review tax calculations and tax provisions for accuracy.
- Tax Advisory :
- Provide tax advice to clients on various matters, including tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border taxation.
- Advise on tax-productive strategies for structuring transactions, investments, and business operations.
- Assist in dispute resolution with tax authorities.




- Tax Research and Analysis :
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations.
- Conduct in-depth research on complex tax issues to provide clients with actionable insights.
- Analyze the tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
- Client Management :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on tax-related matters.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely communication with clients regarding tax matters.
- Internal Collaboration :
- Work closely with other departments (audit, advisory, etc.) to ensure integrated and holistic services for clients.
