We are seeking an experienced MFG/Pro QAD Functional Consultant with expertise in ERP implementation, system customization, and business process improvements across various functions, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1 and ERP migrations.
Responsibilities:
- Work on MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1 design, development, and customization.
- Implement and customize solutions across Manufacturing, Distribution, Purchase, Inventory, and Finance modules.
- Conduct system study, prepare AS-IS documents, and perform GAP-FIT analysis .
- Develop functional documentation for customizations and ERP implementations .
- Lead ERP migration projects , ensuring smooth version-to-version transitions.
- Manage schema changes, application customizations, QAD troubleshooting, and patch processes .
- Adhere to software lifecycle best practices ,



including requirements analysis, development, verification, and release procedures.
- Take responsibility for project management and team coordination to drive successful ERP implementations.

Requirements:
- Strong experience in MFG/Pro eB2/eB2.1 .
- Expertise in ERP implementation, customization, and migration .
- Knowledge of business functions like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Inventory Management .
- Proficiency in GAP-FIT analysis, functional documentation, and system enhancements .
- Hands-on experience with schema modifications and QAD troubleshooting .
- Solid project management and team leadership skills .
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities .
