As a specialist for material management and a leading global provider in the plastic manufacturing and processing industry, we have unique know-how on all areas of materials handling and logistics management. The company is about to construct an own building in Chennai and move from the current location in early 2025.
Overview
The Managing Director (MD) is responsible for the overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership of the company. With a main focus on finance and production, the MD will ensure that the company achieves its financial goals, maintains operational excellence, and adheres to the highest standards of corporate governance.




Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the company's strategic plan with a strong emphasis on financial performance and production efficiency.
- Identify and evaluate current business opportunities, market trends, and competitive dynamics to ensure long-term growth together with the Sales Director.
- Financial Management
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements and management reports.
- Manage the company's capital structure, investment strategies, and financial risk management.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
