Job Title : Franchise Dealer Associate
Location : Chennai
A. Profile:
- Qualification : Minimum 12th Standard or Diploma; Graduates preferred
- Experience : Freshers or experienced candidates from the same/allied industries preferred
- Age : Less than 25 years preferred
- Traits : Highly motivated, comfortable with travel, eager to learn

B. Interview Process:
- First Round : Conducted by Area Franchise Managers or Trade ASMs
- Second Round : Conducted by Franchise RSMs (initial 5% of candidates)

C. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales : Achieve sales value and special product turnover through franchise dealer counter
- Lead Conversion : Focus on converting leads for painting services (central, dealer, self-generated)
- Enrolment : Enroll painters and contractors in the Sparkle Loyalty Program
- Activation : Regularly engage painters and contractors to ensure they remain active
- Display : Maintain planogram and displays at franchise counters
- Meetings : Conduct painter/contractor shop meetings with TSM/TSE

D. Tasks:
- Product Sales :



Ensure product turnover via franchise dealer counter
- Lead Generation : Use cold-calling, dealer, and contractor sources for leads
- Lead Conversion : Visit sites, finalize deals, and provide quotations
- Contractor Activation : Ensure contractors are regularly engaged with schemes and active in the system
- Display Maintenance : Ensure proper product placement and visibility at franchise counters
- Meetings : Conduct meetings to improve awareness of product launches, schemes, and special offers

E. Incentive Structure:
- Secondary Sales Value : Achieve sales targets through leads (tracked via SFA)
- Lead Generation : Generate leads via cold-calling, dealer, and painter networks (tracked via OTP mechanism)
- Lead Conversion : Convert leads and close deals (tracked via lead management system)
- Contractor Activation : Engage contractors and ensure they remain active (tracked through product purchases and app scanning)
