Position: Team Leader - Compliance
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad
Experience: 4+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve queries related to Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Shops & Establishments Act, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, maintenance of registers, accurate filing of returns, and adherence to statutory obligations under the Shops & Establishments Act and other applicable labor laws.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with the Labour Regulation and Abolition Act, with a focus on state-specific regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory authorities, managing communications and ensuring the timely resolution of compliance-related matters.

Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or certification in Labour Laws, Compliance Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Shops & Establishments compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Solid communication and liaison skills, with the ability to interact effectively with authorities.
