Application Guidance & Loan Conversion:
- Assist students and RPs in accurately completing loan applications with designated banking partners.
- Optimize conversion by ensuring quick turnaround times, high login rates, and a high loan sanction rate.
- Proactively follow up with students regarding processing fees to ensure timely loan disbursement.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of partner
