Objective of the Role – Managing Director (Emerging & Expanding Business)To lead the organization’s transformation and scale-up journey, driving 3 X growth over the next 3–4 years while building a robust, future-ready enterprise aligned for a successful IPO. The role entails full ownership of the P&L; and all organizational functions, setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth with strong stakeholder confidence. Roles & Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Growth Define and execute the long-term strategy to achieve 3 X growth, including market expansion, new product development, and entry into recent geographies. P&L; Ownership Hold full accountability for end-to-end P&L;, driving revenue growth, profitability, cost optimization, and capital efficiency.
