Area Sales Manager – Modern Trade & Quick Commerce (HQ: Delhi NCR)World's No. 1 Instant Noodles Brand (Indonesia) | FMCGAbout the Role We are an Importer and National Distributor representing a globally leading instant noodles brand from Indonesia, and we're hiring an Area Sales Manager to drive Contemporary Trade (MT) and Quick Commerce (Q-commerce) growth across North Indian states with a special focus on Delhi-NCR. This role owns the P&L;, distribution, and visibility strategy across key retail and online grocery channels in the region. Roles & Responsibilities Distribution & Availability Appoint MT Distributors ( Gurugram, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, and at all important locations), under advance payment terms Ensure optimal SKU listing, fill rates, and on-shelf/on-app availability across all outlets and dark stores Monitor and correct OOS (out-of-stock) issues in real time, especially critical for Q-commerce turnaround Operational activity and monitoring, issue of PO, delivery from distributor, release of payment,



etc Account Management- Manage key account relationships with MT chains and Q-commerce platform category teams- Negotiate trading terms, listing fees, shelf space, and promotional calendars- Own JBPs (Joint Business Plans) with top accounts Sales & Revenue Growth- Deliver primary and secondary sales targets across MT (hypermarkets, supermarkets, standalone large format) and Q-commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket) for Delhi NCR- Drive category growth through NPD launches, promotions, and seasonal activations Trade Marketing & Visibility- Execute in-store and in-app visibility plans (POSM, secondary displays, banner placements, keyword ranking on Q-commerce apps)- Coordinate with the marketing team on regional activations aligned to brand campaigns Forecasting & Inventory- Plan demand forecasts by account/platform to optimize inventory and minimize expiry/returns- Work closely with the supply chain/distributor network for timely replenishment
