S. business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in outbound lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, and Linked In Sales Navigator, while effectively managing and mentoring an inside sales team. This is a leadership role that requires both individual contribution and team management. The candidate will be responsible for driving pipeline generation, ensuring achievement of sales development KPIs, coaching the team,



and delivering qualified opportunities for the sales leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Drive outbound lead generation through cold calling, email outreach, Linked In Sales Navigator, and other prospecting channels. Identify and engage key decision-makers within target U. S.-based organizations. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the Sales and Business Development teams. Design and execute outbound prospecting strategies to improve lead generation and conversion. Monitor team productivity, outreach quality, and overall performance. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training for team members. Track pipeline, sales activities, and team metrics using CRM tools.
