Eligibility
✅ Graduates Only – BA, B. Com, B. Sc, MBA
✅ Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply
✅ Robust written English communication skills
✅ Good typing speed and accuracy
❌ B. Tech, M. Tech, MCA,
and BCA candidates are not eligible
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through chat platforms
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS)
Document customer interactions accurately
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Preferred Skills
Chat Support / Customer Service experience
Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care domains
Familiarity with CRM and chat tools
Excellent typing speed and multitasking abilities
