Key Responsibilities Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between English and Punjabi during customer interactions. Preserve the tone, intent, and cultural context of the conversation during interpretation. Follow company policies, quality standards, and client-specific guidelines. Participate in training sessions, quality reviews, and coaching programs to continuously improve performance. Develop knowledge of interpretation best practices, industry terminology, and cultural nuances. Work collaboratively with Team Leads and Quality teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
