Our clients include Columbia University, NASA and many other prestigious organizations. We are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our start up Project Management leader in our Bangalore office. This position will support the Payroll and Accounting Team in all payroll and accounting processes. The position works exclusively out of the Bangalore office.

Accounts Receivable (A/R) Associate – Job Description
- Manage project unit updates, billing preparation, and timely invoice processing for clients.
- Prepare and follow up on initial and recurring invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance (COIs), W-9 requests, client inquiries, and e-Builder submissions.
- Support collections activities by compiling follow-up notes, tracking outstanding balances, and updating
