We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Senior Research Scientist / Team Leader – Formulation R&D; (FR&D;) to lead end-to-end formulation development activities, from concept to commercialization, for export-oriented products .
The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Formulation R&D; , with preferred exposure to Personal Care, Nutraceuticals, Intimate Care, Skin Care , along with sound knowledge of international regulatory requirements.
Position Details

- Qualification: M.Pharm / M.S / M.Sc in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry,



or a related discipline
- Preferred Industry Exposure: Medical Devices / Food Supplements / Cosmetics
- Market Exposure: Export Markets – US, EU, and other international markets

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end formulation development , from concept and product development through commercialization, for export markets.
- Design and execute pre-formulation studies, compatibility studies, and formulation development strategies .
- Plan, coordinate, and manage trial batches, scale-up activities, and technology
