Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Chennai or Mumbai. You will be responsible for creating and managing BIM models in Revit, developing architectural drawings and construction drawings, and preparing submittals for a wide variety of projects. Examples are large private luxury estates, office buildings, commercial high end spaces…. Daily tasks will include collaborating with project teams, render teams, and external consultants - ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of design documentation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Proficiency in creating Architectural and Construction Drawings
- Experience in preparing and managing Submittals
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in office in Chennai or Mumbai
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Experience with international projects is a plus
