Job Description Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst with expertise in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Agile/Scrum to lead the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions while delivering projects on time, within scope, and with high quality. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project governance standards. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.



Manage project change requests and ensure proper impact assessment and approvals. Business Analysis Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE). Perform impact analysis and ensure complete requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle. Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), solution validation, and ensure deliverables meet business expectations. Agile / Scrum Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs.
