Job description: Location -Bangalore/Pune JOB DESCRIPTION: Experience- 3+ of experience in Customer Insights, Statistical Analysis, Research, Customer Mapping. Banking experience is mandate. Skillset required: Roles and responsibilities Candidates with experience in designing and delivering effective customer intelligence and research programs that enable insight-led decision making. The candidate is expected to work in an AI-enabled Customer Intelligence setting, play a critical part in managing insight and research delivery, maintaining quality standards,



and contributing to the evolution of insight methods, tools and products. Lead and manage research programs including qualitative, community, and ad hoc studies, ensuring high-quality delivery, stakeholder coordination, and participant engagement. Support research design and methodology development by selecting appropriate approaches, creating surveys/discussion guides, and connecting multiple insight sources to answer business questions. Deliver actionable customer insights through research, exploratory studies, desk research, and insight platforms such as Medallia, translating findings into business recommendations. Drive innovation in customer intelligence by contributing to AI-enabled research approaches, dashboards, digital insight products, and continuous enhancement of insight capabilities.
